Description

This video cover the seven biggest mistakes we can make when trying to get people to listen to us, as well a list of solid lessons in voice coaching.  Gossiping, judging, negativity, complaining, excuses, lying, and dogmatism immediately turn most people off and should be avoided if we want others to want to listen to what we have to say.  The presenter instead recommends HAIL, or honesty, authenticity, integrity, and love. The latter half of the video discusses voice coaching, specifically register, timbre, prosody, pace, silence, and pitch.
