The Science of Happiness – Operation Kindness [8:14]

Description

In this fun social experiment, volunteers are asked to go up to complete strangers and say something nice about them, among doing a number of other nice things throughout the day.  The video delves into the benefits of kind actions on one’s own well being.  The small study concludes that being kind increases happiness 9-22%.

  • What do you think will be the benefit of doing all of these things?
