The Science of Laziness [2:37]


This video introduces the science of laziness by discussing the natural selection and basic neurology of rewards.  It turns out that there may be genes that propel us to physical activity, as well as other genes for things like impulsivity and procrastination.  Fortunately, genes aren’t everything!  The video ends with a link to the “Science of Productivity.”
