Description

This very short video quickly tells a story of two kids in class and their internal dialogues as they decide whether to answer a math question their teacher asks the class.  In psychology a person with a Growth Mindset believes that intelligence is developed through effort, while someone with a Fixed Mindset see intelligence as inherited and unchangeable.

  • Who had a Growth Mindset?  And who had a Fixed Mindset?
  • When we think that being wrong means we’re stupid, how does that set us up to fail?
  • When we think that being wrong is just a learning opportunity, how will that help us succeed?
